F.I.S. Fabbrica Italiana Sintetici S.p.A. guarantees a transparent and ethical corporate environment.
For this reason, in its constant commitment to accountability and integrity, F.I.S. adopted a system for handling reports, including anonymous ones, which allows anyone to report any violations of internal regulations or laws.

This channel is considered preferential and suitable for ensuring, by means of computerized methods, the confidentiality of the reporter's identity. There is a process for the analysis and management of each report, by a dedicated and independent team.

231 Organization, Management & Control Model
F.I.S. is committed to orienting its activities and the entire company organization towards behavior constantly marked by legality, honesty, integrity, fairness, transparency, and good faith.
The Company, in order to ensure an environment conducive to the respect of these values, has equipped itself, among the several instruments for overseeing the various company policies, with an Organization, Management and Control Model (hereinafter the “Model”) pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 231 of June 8, 2001 governing the administrative liability of entities provided with legal personality.
The Model, approved by the Board of Directors, is structured as:

c. Attachment 1 - Risk Assessment
d. Attachment 2 - Predicate offenses
e. Attachment 3 - Penalty system
f. Attachment 4 - Information Flows Framework
The Model is periodically updated in view of the evolution of both the corporate and business environment and the regulatory system. Amendments, additions and changes to be made to the Model are adopted by the Board of Directors, either directly or upon the proposal of the Supervisory Board.
